Hello, I am currently looking to relocate where I am and I have had trouble finding a house, probably because I am too picky lol.  I don't mind work or any of the things that would need to be done.  It does take me a little while to warm up to anyone and for that reason sex for me isn't a must and definetly not off gate and not if the chemistry isn't there.
