Houseboy or Employer?

So I am a weird combination of submissive, bottom, but also, pretty successful professional, able to take care of a lot of what someone might need. I'm great at my job, but suck at general life skills and haven't topped in 20 years. How can I find someone who would benefit from a free space, but also wanna top frequently, and also kinda know how to help change light bulbs and negotiate with car dealerships? (Of note, I've solved this problem in general, but my very special partner is away for more than six months)
