im a well educated, well spoken lad that enjoys the company of an older man. I have limited experience of being a houseboy, it had mainly been a short term thing up until now. It seems to me that there is a lot of confusion about what the term 'Houseboy' means to different people. There is a lot of variety in meanings and that doesnt mean that yours is wrong! Id love to hear from anyone who is interested and I think that a man deciding what he wants is the first step, but after that a discussion to agree what both sides are happy with. As the employer you would naturally be in charge, but its important for both sides to be happy in order to enjoy time together.

A houseboy position involves performing some household duties while also being an attractive distraction to one's employer. It's a position that is often compensated with room and board, and often some type of additional stipend. Some physical intimacy is generally included into the bargain. This may range anywhere from a "uniform" whilst on duty to free-use agreements and even TPE or Total Power Exchange and any number of other negotiated fetishes and/or kinks.
