Cant Message People on Site

This has been going on for awhile now - I cannot message Houseboys on the site.

It looks as if the person has blocked me - but that is not the case most of the time because we have had some very meaningful discussions.  Now when I try to message them, I can't - it seems I'm being blocked.

I've submitted 2 tickets to the website and no response yet.
