We would like this to be more of a friendship/partner thing then a employer type thing. Someone we can include in activities outside of the home as well. Here is what we are looking for and offering. Keep the house cleaned at all times, includes, vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, moping, dishes, laundry, mowing lawn, shoveling snow, cleaning kitchen, bathroom, living room, dining area and bedrooms. We do not expect you to be cleaning all day every day, but you must keep up on the place in case someone unexpectedly drops by. 2. From the moment you walk through the front door on day 1 of move in (basically as soon as the door closes behind you) you will be required to be in the nude at all times while inside the house, unless guest come over at which you will be clothed. 3. You will be occasionally asked for sexual services, including making out, oral, and fucking. We are drug and disease free and we enjoy bareback. Sexual services will not be a daily thing, just something from time to time we would ask if you’re interested in doing and possibly once in a while ask you. You are more then welcome to join in on sexual acts with us when we are having them 4. You are not allowed to smoke inside the house, outside only, no parties, absolutely nothing illegal in the house. Please no random people in our home either. This arrangement is solely between you and us. We will never tell anyone what you do here. You will be referred to as our roommate. This is to remain discrete for you and us.
