I would like to know if people from outside the USA can get employer?

or this is only for USA.?

I asked this question earlier, from the prospective of hiring someone not from the US.

It doesn't seem likely that a houseboy would be able to get a work visa. It seems very very unlikely, in fact.

I would love to have a houseboy from other countries than the USA and willing to pay travel expenses, however, I cannot get you a VISA so unless you can get a VISA some other way it would not work.

Kiddokim, It isn't "difficult" to get a visa. it's just that there are guidelines for it. If you want to get a work visa, you have to get a real job. The word "employer" here is used loosely, kind of like the word "boy" even though everyone on here are grown men. You are quite well spoken (which is so nice, yet so rare to find), but the use of the words "employer" and "houseboy" here is not literal.

Basically, here is a good rule to use for any of these sites:

If you are responding to a person, it is a personals ad. Even if it's called a "position", it's just a personals ad.

If you are responding to a company or a company via a person, it is employment. That is how and where you can find the opportunity to get a work visa, and that's only If that particular company is offering them.

It's wise to do a little research on your potential employer if you have doubts. Check that area's policy on tax rates and minimum wage along with employee rights and benefits. You can even request a company's DBA or EIN and verify their information on the website www.irs.gov. If you are serious about wanting to come to the United States to work, you have to do a little research to protect yourself and make sure you do it right so you don't have to fear being jailed and deported if/when your paperwork isn't in order when they find out one of your "job" requirements that resulted in pay involved sex (which would also leave you with a prostitution charge).

I would think the easiest way would be for the houseboy to get a school visa and then once here in the USA find an employer.

School visas (usually the F-1 or J-1) are almost always only available to students accepted into academic institutions in the USA and can prove they have the resources to fund their entire tuition and living expenses. (There are a few work arounds but they're not really Kosher and are very expensive.)

Bottom line: unless you are engaged or married to a US citizen or eligible green card holder, a visa to come to the US to look for work as a houseboy is practically impossible to obtain. And given recent events, will be even harder in the near future at least.

Nykbdb, I simply disagree with you speaking from experience as a former houseboy that has helped former employers extend their sponsorship to deserving guys on work visas.

It all depends on what kind of "employer" you're looking for. If you're looking for a random guy to take care of you, that's not an employer, although the term is used on this site. I have actually been a houseboy for a few guys that owned their own business, and because of my background and training, I always (and very quickly) became that person's computer and IT guy, professional in home cook, account, and body guard by the end of it. I would always end up getting put on the payroll. Take one of my employers; I won't say names, but he worked at that place called Island House in Key West (some of you might remember me as the front desk clerk if you stayed there in 2007 or 2008). If you've stayed there, you know that most of the towel boys and cleaning crew could barely speak a lick of English because they were all there on work visas. Actually, if you've been to Key West, most of the entertainers there (including the strippers) were there on a work visa.

Anyway, the point is that if you're looking for a work visa, find a true employer. I am living proof that if you present yourself the right way, true employers are the only kind of men you'll meet.

Here's the thing; I say I was "lucky" to have had my experiences when I was a houseboy, but luck had nothing to do with it. In truth, you get what you give. If your profile seems to show that your best features are your looks and what you can do in bed, don't expect to find an employer unless your job title is "escort" or "prostitute". Don't expect the respectful gentlemen and decent businessmen to hit you up.

In my case, I am not a twink, not even close, so making a profile of naked and suggestive pictures and texts to lure a guy in wasn't something I could do. My profile showed me as the nerdy guy I was (am) and featured what training I'd gained up to that point. If a man read my profile, what I could bring to the bed wasn't a selling point, but my brain and what I could bring to the table was. In the end, I got first hand experience at some things and jobs that many people pay thousands to go to school to HOPE to get a chance to do. From law enforcement to business finances to cooking for celebrities and big wigs, I got to experience a lot with the men I met on here and other houseboy sites. Those guys were the quiet and well-mannered men that liked to keep their names out of drama and chaos. These are not the men that you meet at the bars or in gay chat rooms; these are the men that you bump into after 5 PM in the grocery stores still dressed from work that most guys wouldn't give a second of their time to because they didn't look like the "fun" type. I've lived in LA and Palm Springs, Boston, NYC, Key West, and just about all over this country with wonderful men as a houseboy, but one thing I can't tell you about are the clubs of those areas. Well, except Key West. I turned 21 at Aqua. It was my first drag show and first time to a club... oh what a night! Back to my point, though; the men I met didn't take me to clubs and bars. Instead, I miss the art shows out west. I miss KJAZZ from Palm Springs (I cannot believe that channel is gone!). I miss spending time on the waters near Key West. I miss that little coffee shop in Little Falls, NY, that we would escape to when he didn't want to be found by the media. These were men that I was usually attracted to but weren't attracted to me at first, but over time, things would develop and the story was always  the same; the attraction was from watching the man I was growing into.

For you guys trying to find an employer so you can get a visa, present yourself as if you're actually looking for an employer. If you're trying to make yourself look as young and cute as possible in almost nude pictures so you can be someone's son, perhaps you should stop expecting a visa and, instead, find out if he can adopt you so you can live out that dad/son fantasy that most make the age thing into (personally, the fantasy of incest is gross to me, but that's just me).

If you want a (work) visa, show some initiative and present yourself as a mature young man that is ready to take on this little thing called work. The men I worked for had plenty of employees that were young guys working their way up from nothing, and were from other countries on work visas. Many were friends I knew (and recommended) from this site and houseboy sites just like this one.

If you want the idea of finding an employer to get a work visa from to be a likely idea, present yourself accordingly.

you are right about profile set up. and i think its what some people try to do in their profile. but the important is really who that person is, character, sociability, honesty, true, know what they want, hard working,....

everything need patient to achieve or to be achieved.
