As an employer I have some clear goals and ideas about what I am looking for in a house boy. What about as a houseboy, what are the 3 most important things you are looking for?

Honesty/Honesty/`and `Honesty...thats seems to be the one thing most employers dont have on this site...if you expect sex then say so..i you dont say so...i mean is that to much to ask...i know there are alot of slutty houseboys out there who will open there legs to any and everyone offering them a quick buck and a place to stay, but there ACTUALLY a few houseboys that actually are looking for WORK. Employers need to say upfront..if a houseboy chooses not to be sexual with you and as a result you dont want them under your roof..then that should be discussed before wasting the houseboys time or yours by flying them out to you.

Honesty. Confidence. The ability to provide.

i think i look for honesty.seems to be a winner and i expect for the employer to know what they want it seems like when i ask they tell me something then if i say naw i know nothing about that they tell me well its not important if you bring it up its important another thing is information i asked an employer how soon they were looking to place someone and they said not sure i usually go for employers who are in my area so we could meet before they make a final decision and the conversation after a hour of good conversation goes no wear ..sad
