this site spends the absolute minimum on the hb portion, they re making money only on the porn part of the site. spam wars on dating sites have been making some sites unusable for years and it is much worse now with AI. sometimes just bots, sometimes with a human bot manager. most of you posting here fail to understand, we are no longer in the 20th century. literally every single master i have served got ripped off by some young hot thing, many of them savvy enough i was shocked they fell for it. so yes, you have to have clear boundaries, not send money, quickly do video calls no excuses, do background checks before committing etc. this is a micro niche and the only other sites are just as shitty in other ways--houseboi, seekingarrangement etc. networking thru trusted friends is better if you can find guys with similar leaninfs. good luck

As an employer, I admit that I have sent money to a couple of houseboys to purchase a way to come to my place to live. I have wanted a houseboy for a long time and the younger ones (in their 20s) say they have no money to travel. I finally said no more. I will not send money any longer. In just a few days after I made that decision (encouraged by a good friend of mine), a young guy in Washington wanted me to send money to him to fix his phone so we could facetime. I refused to do so. That night while looking at another well-known website (not connected to houseboys), I saw this "houseboy's" photo on that website. I blocked him. Another young guy in Tennessee asked me to buy him a plane ticket and I refused, he got mad. Now my houseboy account is turned off by Houseboy administrators. The advice of this website is to NOT send money to houseboys and when one does that, they are kicked out of the website. So be it. My account is turned off anyway. It doesn't matter anyway, I think 95% of the houseboys on this site are fakes and creeps anyway.

I've had the last couple of "houseboys" tell me I can contact their "agency" or "management" to verify who they are and that they are real. I just assumed scam and moved on. But wondering if anyone knows or have heard if this is a legit thing. These guys don't have phones, can't video, yet somehow pay a fee to an agency or management team? Seems highly suspicious and unlikely to me. I can find no information on any such thing but actually have no idea how to research it honestly.

After spending about 7 months in the old continent, I just want to thank bsue07. During this time he allowed me to stay in his home twice and set up a room just for me. He quickly realized I was a shy cook, so he didn't hesitate for a second to take on that task while I divided my time between my own work and diy. He's a little bit shy, but he enjoys the company of someone else (I am shy too, but we get along well), someone who pushes him to continue making reality the ideas he already has in mind for his home... I know there's still work to be done, and I'm excited for watch the final result. It was only 3 weeks, but we did many things. We hiked a lot, he took me to some very interesting places in the region, and he showed me the real England (I loved it). He's a very good teacher, and I owe him several tips and insights on how to use English. This really was a success story, if he ever comes to Colombia, he knows he'll be welcome.
