    He asked for money for his mom who is ailing from cancer. When I "agreed" to help, he told me to send the money via Western Union to his female cousin. He could not leave the house as his Mom was too sick. He then gave me the address of the precise WU location to send the money to. I told him to pick it up at another address. It was the address of the local police station. SILENCE!
