The site is so slow when trying to look at visitor tracks.  Several things could be at fault - if your using a separate server to host the mysql your having communication issues.  

I have never had any luck trying to open the tab of visitors to my profile either.

I use it, but it takes a LONG time.  I have 500 mps download, so my guess is that their server is very slow and has a badly designed sort program.  

I gave up trying to look at this tab.  I just wait until I get an email on Sunday that shows who visited our profile.

I still try to look at this tab every day but have never had any luck with it opening.  I have waited upwards of 10 minutes but to no avail.

Recently it has started to work again, but is VERY slow in opening, but it is working.  I would estimate about 5 minutes?  I keep having hit the "wait" button.

 

And now the whole site is down.
