How long after you paid to upgrade did it take for the upgrade to show up on here?

It is almost instantly. You may need to log off and back in again.

Yeah, no luck so far. I upgraded yesterday, logged in and out several times and finally emailed houseboys support and the payment company. :-(

I have a copy of the receipt and they did charge my card for it.

I would use the Contact Us on the website to report this. If you have a valid receipt, you will be refunded for anytime you were inactive. But, most of the time, users have a receipt and their card was declined or a charge back done. so, be sure it is valid.
