    I'm sure you are not looking for someone like me but thought I put my 2 cents in. This is a huge commitment especially since no kind of allowance is included. Someone who is gonna relocate somewhere where there is not a lot of jobs and be kinda stuck with you guys will need a little more than what you are offering. Just a suggestion.
