What are the typical successful arrangements for compensation for a houseboy situation? I realize this may be highly variable, but there must be certain ranges that are customary. If I am to offer to set up an arrangement, what types of benefits should I offer. Salary amount? Own bedroom? Use of one of my cars? Travel with me, how often?
