Obama won and he has been working on getting his transition team in place. I wonder who he will pick and if he will really reach across the isles as he said he would do. I also wonder what he will accomplish in the first 100 days. I have great hope and dreams but would hate to be wrong. We are in such a fucking mess right now, I am not sure anyone can get us out of the hole we are in. I can only hope.

Robert Rowling, the CEO of the company that owns Gold's Gym, has donated more than $2 million to American Crossroads, Karl Rove's organization that works to elect antigay politicians, according to website Change.org. Rowling is the head of TRT Holdings, which owns the chain of gyms, popular with LGBT people across the nation, and is one of several people who are helping to get Rove's organization running. Among the candidates supported by American Crossroads are Rep. Roy Blunt of Missouri, who received a 0% rating from the Human Rights Campaign and Nevada GOP Senate candidate Sharron Angle, who endorsed a statement that said there was no evidence to suggest homosexuality…

Equality-minded little monsters undoubtedly put their paws up Friday when Lady Gaga announced that her exclusive album distribution deal with Target requires the company to support LGBT charity groups and reform its past support for antigay causes. Since last summer, the Minnesota-based retailer has been under fire, including a high-profile boycott and tarnished rating in the Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index, for a $150,000 donation to MN Forward, a group that backed failed Republican gubernatorial candidate and marriage equality opponent Tom Emmer. "That discussion was one of the most intense conversations I've ever had in a business meeting,” the pop st…

Jim Nabors, the Hawaii resident well known for his starring role in the 1960s television sitcom "Gomer Pyle, USMC," married his longtime male partner early this month, he told Hawaii News Now Tuesday. Nabors, 82, said he married his companion of 38 years, Stan Cadwallader, who's 64, in Seattle on Jan. 15. Nabors declined an on-camera interview but spoke to Hawaii News Now by phone. "I'm 82 and he's in his 60s and so we've been together for 38 years and I'm not ashamed of people knowing, it's just that it was such a personal thing, I didn't tell anybody," Nabors said. "I'm very happy that I've had a partner of 38 years and I feel very blessed. And, what can I tell you, …

France's lower house of parliament approved a sweeping bill on Tuesday to legalize gay marriage and allow same-sex couples to adopt children, handing a major legislative victory to President Francois Hollande's Socialists on a divisive social issue. The measure, approved in the National Assembly in a 329-to-229 vote, puts France on track to join about a dozen mostly European nations that allow gay marriage and comes despite a string of recent demonstrations by opponents of the so-called "marriage for all" bill. Polls indicate a narrow majority of French support legalizing gay marriage, though that support falls when questions about the adoption and conception of child…

My time as a houseboy (particularly the 3 years in Key West) introduced me to my current field of law enforcement which I currently work, so I will always be grateful for this site and all the men that gave me a chance to better myself. Recently, I was able to move back here to my hometown and I now proudly wear the sheriff's department emblem and shield of my hometown. I'm well on my way to finding and settling down on a nice piece of land out here in the country to spend my days doing those country things I love (cooking, raising a few animals, playing with the dogs, watching the deer eat the pears off the ground, etc) far away from the hustle and bustle of the big citi…

I'm looking for attractive everyday men around 18-30 from different counties and cities to pose for fine art photos for possible inclusion in a photo exhibit and submission to Elska Magazine http://www.elskamagazine.com/ . It doesn't pay anything but you would have a fun experience and get copies of all the photos for yourself to do whatever you wish. If you would like to take a look at a small sampling of my photography you can go to Tad Boomer Photography http://tadboomer.com If you are interested, contact me through my website email. Please, serious inquiries only.

Recently, there seems to be a lack of originality from larger film studios. I’ve been searing for more indie films and have enjoyed them far more than the majority of films on the big screen. I recently watched "Don’t Worry Darling" and I thought it was okay overall. The concept, perspective, and sequence of scenes were great, but a few scenes were either too slow or did not raise the bar. Of course the pandemic plays a role in going out nowadays, but with streaming services shadowing theaters it’s not a huge issue. I’m grateful for streaming services like Dekkoo, but I also miss the classic feeling of going to the movies.

Hi. I'm Aaron. I need some advice or suggestions and I thought, "I should ask on the forums here." Among other things in my life right now, I'm looking to start teaching some cardio and fitness classes to make some more money. I also really like health and fitness (and nutrition). I want to help other people learn to be healthier versions of themselves, and I'm very knowledgeable about it. Teaching some fitness classes and eventually also personal training a few people with weightlifting makes complete sense for me. So, to start teaching a few classes, I would like to find a space I can rent as cheaply as possible, for about 3 hours each day and five days each …
