One of the newest members and a 24 carat fake, Coltroyman. If you want the particulars as to how I know you can pm me. Sufficient to say, without a doubt, he is. Much as I dislike having to repeatedly list these scum bags here I feel it only right to let everyone know in order to save someone the headache of being used by one of these a__holes. Best of luck everyone and keep on trying. There’s a good one out there for everyone.

Sanderman is using one blurry picture, never FaceTimes or sends new pics, very reluctant to plan or talk about what he’s looking for. Reached out to other people who have posted about him and heard horror stories so watch out he’s sketchy

Needylad is one of the newest members. What a lame con this one is. First he’s got no city/state listed so it defaulted to the Flushing, NY address. Second obvious clue is in his stats. Lists him at 5’6” and 235 lbs. but selects “slim”! Lol! Guys you can’t make this shit up, it’s laughable. Then of course his profile is filled with “Ask Me” or just blank. Good luck everyone. Stay vigil.

Pinkcock , a supposed houseboy candidate left me a note expressing interest in my profile. Then he told me he was in the US Army in Syria, but will be home in a few weeks. That’s the most common unsuccessful scam run against lonely men on the gay phone apps.

It has become very apparent to me that the majority of profiles for house boys on this forum are fraudulent. I was strong along for two weeks until we finally had a phone call in which a 21-year-old I was talking to sounded like a 50-year-old person living in Accra Ghana. all we need to do is look at their location and miles and you’ll see a lot of them are within a few miles of each other or almost exactly living in the same area. The truly real ones are the ones that the mileage stands alone from everybody else. Any profile that you see having the same location in miles or within a few miles of each other should be considered fraudulent!

  13. Stay clear of both those profiles, appeared back to back under “new profiles” search for houseboys. Same locations, way different physical stats as heights/weights, similar/matching profile info. This guy(?) has been around before under several different profile names, JohnConner for one. Don’t waste your time with this guy, he’s a total farce! Good luck fellas, there’s a good houseboy out there for all of us. We just gotta keep on searching for him.

Beware - houseboy profile “slavegab” is a scammer, seeking money, not real. He and/or his Dad (both emailed me), who is supposedly trying to get rid of his boy, are liars and seemingly desperate scammers. Don’t fall for their BS -

    Hi i Am Jon

  16. While I’ve read through the HB site for several years, this late summer and fall marks my first serious search to find a houseboy to live with me. I've had mixed results but no successful engagement of a houseboy. First off, I pass by profile with a lot of “ask me,” “maybe,” and “it depends” responses. I figure they are either window shopping, or will answer my question the way they perceive I would view favorably. Then I have a pretty good eye for fakes. The Ghana and Nigeria operators often give clues in their language usage. Nonetheless, I did lose several hundred dollars to one guy, in a gamble I knew was risky. But in dealing with young men who I perceive to be legi…

  19. Two houseboys we recently wrote to indicated after a while that they were not in the locations they listed. One listed Florida but is actually in Iowa. In addition to this, a lot of houseboys don't update other items in their profiles. No one can force them to enter the correct information, but we just wanted to blow off a little steam. Best wishes to all you employers out there!

Another lowlife wannabe scammer using the old worn out script that he/she/it is in the USA military currently deployed in Syria even though he lists West Palm Beach, FL as his home. Is returning to the states soon and wants to email. NOT! Steer clear fellas!

  21. I scan these houseboy profiles almost daily, looking for new posts, re-reading the ones I didn’t contact but was tempted to do so. I’m disturbed by the proliferation of two questionnaire responses, “ask me,” and “it depends.” I can understand “ask me,” if a response requires some kind of explanation that justifies an answer that might otherwise eliminate the man from consideration But when a potential houseboy answers several questions with “ask me,” I tend to presume that he wants to Guatemala what answer I would like to hear. The same is true for “it depends.” One such answer is leaving something unknown, but I bypass the men who have several indefinite responses. …

Heads up on one of our newest fakes, “slimson4daddy”. Red flag #1 Using faked torso profile photos, no face pick (atypical). Look closely at both torso pics, one with several prominent dark moles, the other none. Red clad #2 Immediately in his first message wanted to use a “Zoho” email address. Red flag #3 After making it clear we’d either continue using the site to message or choose a site allowing us to do live video chats the perp ceased any contact. This after said perp made the initial contact professing how I was the perfect employer per my profile and on and on about how anxious and willing to please me in every way he was.

Look out for “Daviels” aka David Daniels. Another “boy” wanting to be “rehomed” by his “master” after 16 months of “training”. Has several of the typical red flags not only in his profile but in conversations as well. I played his game long enough for him to bring up his master and rehoming, with a catch of course. Don’t waste your time with this guy like I did. Poor use of our language, etc as an early warning, along with lots more. Good luck to everyone just trying to do the right thing and find what you’re searching for.
