I've been on here for a few months now, and I see people posting about scammers in here all the time. Tonight I was fortunate enough to encounter my first scammer, and I saw him coming from 200 miles away and I promptly told him "No way". Don't fall for the scammers games, guys. They message you out of the blue, tell you that you're cute and they like you and they want to come and be with you and do all of these unheard of sexual things to you... but wait... there's a catch: "I ran out of gas. I... I had a flat tire. I didn't have enough money for cab fare. My tux didn't come back from the cleaners. An old friend came in from out of town. Someone stole my car. There…

Heads up on one of our newest fakes, “slimson4daddy”. Red flag #1 Using faked torso profile photos, no face pick (atypical). Look closely at both torso pics, one with several prominent dark moles, the other none. Red clad #2 Immediately in his first message wanted to use a “Zoho” email address. Red flag #3 After making it clear we’d either continue using the site to message or choose a site allowing us to do live video chats the perp ceased any contact. This after said perp made the initial contact professing how I was the perfect employer per my profile and on and on about how anxious and willing to please me in every way he was.

I have limited new members that are NOT verfied with their photos to 5 messages per day. Yet, still they flock to sites like this and reek havock. Recently, the Sub/Master guys have been creating profiles and we delete them as fast as we can. But, what can we do on an admin level to rid them on the site permanently? What if we went to 2 messsages per day for Free members who have not verified their profile? Or, if we limit their ability to receive 2 messages per day as well? And, no winks for free members is another option. Look, we make it easy for everyone to verify their photo. With that, they get 25 messages per day. And, we also make it easy for anyone t…

Yesterday he was Lookin4Love but he must have seen my other post in the Forum and changed his screen name today to MuscleBoy4You. Either way, this same pic pops up under a new name every month or so. He immediately blocks me from viewing his profile, so he must be a scammer from the past trying yet another way to scam innocent employers - BEWARE!

Why is it so hard to find a guy that wants to be a real houseboy? I've made a few contacts and after several emails it comes down that they want me to pay for their travel even though my profile explains everything. If you are looking for job you go to them and apply. You don't ask them to pay for your gas or taxi to get there. I don't mind helping someone once they are here but not before I even know them. A couple of them seemed like a really good match until they say I need to buy the plane ticket. I know some people have money problems but if you want to work you need to find a way. Am I wrong? What gives? Should I just delete my profile and leave as this…

I have been talking to a boy on here (and later via email and Skype) and things seem to be going well. I think he is real (we have had a video chat) and he hasn't asked me to send money or done anything else that would make me think he's a scammer. However, last night I went to check something in our message history and discovered I could now longer access our message history or view his profile. At first I figured he had changed his mind and blocked me but he texted me this morning and we continued our conversation about planning to meet after we both get our covid vaccines. I asked if he had blocked me for some reason and he said he had not and was getting the same erro…

I've been on and off here for a decade. I had one houseboy situation work out for about 8 years. He didn't have legal status and thats why he went the HB route. He did turn out to have some serous mental health issues but we were able to make it work for that time. It looks like a lot of the longtime fakes and prostitutes have been deleted from this site, and thats great. I know two HBs on this site who are who they say they are, but both are here for fantasy play. Now when I examine HB profiles I don't see a single one that does not raise red flags. Flushing NY address (default if you dont specify an address) Age hasn't changed for years …

Two houseboys we recently wrote to indicated after a while that they were not in the locations they listed. One listed Florida but is actually in Iowa. In addition to this, a lot of houseboys don't update other items in their profiles. No one can force them to enter the correct information, but we just wanted to blow off a little steam. Best wishes to all you employers out there!

Hi! I am from Pennsylvania, but I currently travel weekly for work. I am looking for a long term role where I can be a houseboy for someone (or someones’) who is very loving but also strict and dominant. I am imagining waking up at 5am (before you), cooking breakfast every day (passion for cooking) kissing you good morning, doing all the chores for most of the day, relaxing a little bit, and then cooking you dinner and pleasuring you in different ways every single night, with no off days. I would wear outfits you chose, follow a schedule and complete tasks that you command, and bend to your every whim in the bedroom. In return, I …

Ever since I created our profile in 2012 on this wonderful site, ours was always the first ad we saw and everyone else's ad showed their proper distance away from ours. But since Tuesday, ours is no longer first, and we are showing that we are 52 miles away from our current location. Is this happening to anyone else? Again, this only started Tuesday (election day). Thank you!

I want to know if anyone recently has been successful in hiring a houseboy? I have been on this site for a while looking for a houseboy, and when I say houseboy I mean someone to look after my "house", services are really not needed in the bedroom, as I have that covered. Also, I am not looking to add a third to my relationship. I am however looking for someone to cook, clean, do laundry, grocery shop, run a few errands in exchange for room and board, use of a vehicle, some travel, and a salary. Is this why I am having a problem finding someone? Or am I just not realizing that this sort of arrangement doesn’t really exist anymore. Any thoughts?

While I’ve read through the HB site for several years, this late summer and fall marks my first serious search to find a houseboy to live with me. I've had mixed results but no successful engagement of a houseboy. First off, I pass by profile with a lot of “ask me,” “maybe,” and “it depends” responses. I figure they are either window shopping, or will answer my question the way they perceive I would view favorably. Then I have a pretty good eye for fakes. The Ghana and Nigeria operators often give clues in their language usage. Nonetheless, I did lose several hundred dollars to one guy, in a gamble I knew was risky. But in dealing with young men who I perceive to be legi…

I've been running an ad on this and other houseboy websites for years amounting to little more than a string of misadventures with con-artists, psychotics, bi-polars, criminals with outstanding warrants, full blown drug addicts, drunkards, thieves and guys who weren't even; in the least bit, gay. I think the time's come to do some 'genre cleansing' starting with this site's "houseboy wannabes" to get rid of the conceited pretentious pretty boys who have neither the upringing nor the common courtesy to favor a potential host/employer with a polite reply. These players are so full of themselves and aren't in the least bit serious about teaming up with an older and/or mor…

After over 500 texts and hours talking to him, I bought a non-refundable airline ticket so he could come and visit. He asked for $50 to cover some travel expenses and I sent it to him thinking if he was a scammer he would have asked for more. On the day he was supposed to fly to meet me, he texted me several times about the trip; going through security, stop over in Philadelphia, etc. When he didn't contact me to pick him up at the airport after the plane landed here, I called the airline and found out he had never boarded the plane in Atlanta. He goes by the name Chris but that is his middle name (or that's what he told me). When I wired him the money, he had me use the …

FYI, a few suspicious profiles popped up this week. boythomas, frankjones, permseeker all have a similar description. I emailed 1 just to see what the response would be. He claims to be presented for auction by his "trainer". Sounds real fishy.

I'm just looking for tips from people who have either had a successful HB experience, or have learned what not to do. Anybody have any first-person accounts of what living with or as a houseboy looked like for you? Obviously the situation changes from household to household; it just seems to me that there's bound to be lessons out there that newbies like me don't have to learn the hard way.

just wondering if there is legal action that can be taken against scammers that take money and do not follow up on the commitment? I for one have only been scammed once. The potential employee was sent and agreed to a written job description agreement, which included the amount of relocation reimbursement I was offering. I handled the job offer as professionally as I would any job offer from my company, yet was still taken for the $80.00 advance I sent. Not a large amount, but I read where some here are taken for much more. Is there any legal statute that exists that if known in advance, potential employers could follow to ensure that they are not scammed? I know the …

having to deal with consistent harrasment by user nowdoingmything I decided to change my username. it's always challenging to confront especially being as young as my age. nowdoingmything has decided to post a very interesting topic about an experience he says we went through while he took me in. This person i have chatted with on an occassion in houseboy.com and gave him my yahoo id to discuss more on the offer he had to give. Passing several months I had a situation with irresposible roomates who were into drugs, excessive drinking and partying and seeing how nowdoingmything appeared to be a trusting and helpful person i decided to travel overstate and experience a …
